The Four Pillars

Business and economic growth
Pillar 1

Strengthening America’s economic competitiveness by aligning growth, productivity, and innovation with the well-being and advancement of American workers.

America’s competitive edge depends on an immigration system that is intentional, demand-driven, and aligned with the well-being of American workers. We support targeted pathways and a modernized framework that balances family ties with clear, data-driven criteria to meet the country’s evolving economic needs while ensuring immigration remains a complement to domestic opportunity, not a substitute for it.

Legal scales and gavel representing rule of law
Pillar 2

Protecting U.S. sovereignty and competitiveness through vigorous, fair, and credible enforcement that restores public trust and legal order.

A credible immigration system begins with enforcement that is consistent, lawful, and worthy of public trust. We support policies that restore order and reinforce sovereignty, including reliable nationwide verification of work authorization, strategic investments in modern border technology and infrastructure, and a humanitarian system that is structured, predictable, and managed outside the United States.

Diverse community representing immigration
Pillar 3

Elevating legal immigration as a competitive advantage, rewarding rule-following, individual contribution, and commitment to American civic ideals.

Legal immigration should function as one of America’s greatest competitive advantages: rewarding those who follow the rules, contribute meaningfully, and demonstrate a genuine commitment to the country’s civic ideals. We support a system that makes it worth doing things the right way, including structured, merit-based pathways grounded in demonstrated economic contribution, stronger and more credible sponsorship requirements, and a renewed focus on nuclear families to ensure immigration remains orderly, accountable, and aligned with successful integration.

Community gathering representing civic commitment
Pillar 4

Building national cohesion and competitiveness through assimilation, English proficiency, and shared civic responsibility.

Immigration has always depended on successful integration and a shared commitment to the language, norms, and responsibilities that sustain the American project. We support strengthening state and local capacity to receive newcomers, alongside clear and early expectations for English proficiency, including structured language acquisition tied to maintaining status and obtaining permanent residency, so that immigration remains an investment in national cohesion as well as long-term competitiveness.
